It came as a response to the redpill that said that you can masculinity cope your way out of bad genetics, and another part of the blackpill is that females are all the same regardless of their religion/politics/race whatever.
So if i understood correctly its about the fact that looks are everything and that females are the one who select their partner (based on looks) to pursue sexual relations with and therefor control the population (kinda in a way) ?

Especially the fact that the females are the one to decide who they have a child with so they control the overall looks of everyone in the world (they typically go for a handsome looking man which brings better genetics to the table). If every female in the world has a child with a good looking man everyone will (more likely) be better looking.
