What exactly is the word for when you're considered ugly by most people but a subset of the population finds you attractive?

Take people like Benedict cumberbach for example or the guy I've just posted a pic of in this post, If Benedict wasn't famous I imagine most people would consider him ugly, maybe freakishly so, but I can still see a decent chunk of people finding him attractive even without fame because there's still something I can't put my finger on that is appealing about his face, yet he's still going to be considered ugly by the majority of people

I think this is the same situation I have going on with my own face, most people stare at me like I'm a fucking freak, people are sometimes flat out HORRIFIED by my appearance, but I have still been called handsome and cute a handful of times, even though the majority of people treat me with the utmost disgust and hatred just because of my face

What exactly do you call someone who is like this? It can't be unconventionally attractive because I imagine even they still are found attractive by enough people that it stops them from being found ugly by the majority, so wtf do you call someone who is seen as ugly by most people but the odd few people find them quite attractive?
