jaw wise probably. you'll lose a lot of submental fat. I don't know about eye area though. you'll need a special procedure for that if you'd like to achieve the same looks as him.
Why? I think I have better coloring and more compact midface.
Even eye area may be a bit subjective. His is deeper set obviously but mine are higher PFL and nicer lashes, so I think in terms of female gaze appeal, many might consider mine "prettier" if you catch my drift
