I think its because Tristans upper third /forehead has more mass and his maxilla doesn't proturd as much

Good catch. It's so hard to pick out what makes someone good looking but its easy to pick out what makes them NOT good looking

It’s crazy isn’t it, they look exactly the same but Tristan is clearly better looking.

Mainly forward growth, hair, skull size (mainly this as more mass throughout his face)

TBH it's mostly just mass in the right places. Andrew's Jaw is smaller which makes his head have a different shape where the upper third is the widest part of the skull

Tristan has a similar chin but it doesn't look nearly as bad because his jaw is bigger.

And the fact that andrew's eyes are closer together makes him look more horse faced
