Here it's called "cephalogramm" or "cephalometric x-ray", clinics which do it know this name. Here it's possible to do it without doctors reference, as long as you pay. It's relatively low radiation procedure and you can also do frontal one, but it may be less informative than lateral.
In your country, however, it may be only if you're reffered by doctor, it depends.

As you can see even though I have a well projected maxilla even in comparison to my massive brow ridge. Due to my mandibular prognathism my entire face is fucked. My chin is in front of my entire face and gives off crimson chin look (especially when smiling).

Seeing omfs/plastic surgeon on dec 12 for consultation for jaw surgery (hopefully just lefort and not bimax) + septoplasty.

Here’s what my cheekbones look like in good lighting. Note the thin upper lip(rolled internally) + protruding lower lip.

In comparison to my brother who has a more recessed face but a normal occlusion.
Perfect straight nose slightly upturned with full lips.

i mean i dont see how. this have any connection with the post but ok. You clearly have autism, u look good. The thin upper lip isnt necessairly caused by a recession, it can be the way you are eating, talking and etc, using more the lower lip. It can be a sign of dehydratation as well.
