What exercises work a bunch of muscles at a time?

I can't keep working out how I do, it's too time consuming.

I have a seperate workout for biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, neck, lats, upper back, lower back, ass, calves, quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, chest, upper abs, lower abs, obliques.

bench press in high and low angle, weighted pull up , barbell squat

Ik close to nothing. Over the years I'd literally just look up exercises on YT for each muscle and if the exercise felt effective I'd incorporate it
