It's not just purely 100% autism is it? It's still a "patriarchal" society compared to the West. Yes they're not based enough to put women in the hijabs or tell them to stay in the kitchen. But even in workplaces they are hardly represented at the top level and average Jap still has a more traditional mindset about role and position of women in society.

I used to think the West will follow Japan in terms of Inceldom but I'm rethinking it now because they're definitely not as degenerate (despite hentai porn addicts). It's the same in Korea. In short, you can paint this as a problem of a rigid urbanizing culture that places a great emphasis on economic standing and material comfort – even if you're this rare young city person who does well in life, you know that this position is shaky and adding any big commitment like childcare on top of that would essentially mean suicide. They earn enough to not want to downshift or go back but they obviously can't make it to the state of feeling truly safe and secure about their future.

If you think that the post-Covid pessimism over the rising CoL in the UK/US is bad just look up anything the Chinese have to say about their situation – the sensitivity to this is only getting worse as more things around them break down.

There's also an understanding of the fact that bringing someone new into this world would in a way constitute an endorsement of all this. As a parent you would essentially have to work all the way through the school-to-work pipeline again by proxy of the number of your children: the brutality of every step here, the insane competitiveness of it all, it honestly makes you wonder why even more people don't just give up or at least begin thinking of the alternatives. Beating the odds on your own is one thing but betting on your children to do the same is something entirely different.

Also, Being an incel isn't an absolute , it is more so relative to how women are, which means that two groups of men that are very similar in culture and looks in different countries can be considered unequal in their inceldom because then the question moves onto their women, and it may have something to do with white hypergamy but I'm not sure.
