What eye drops to use for gray and veiny sclera

Bloodshot noticeable ass veins coming from the medial canthus towards the pupil. I don't really have that much of a dry eyes and I sleep 10 hours every night high quality sleep so it's most likely genetics. What kind of eye drops should I get for this? My sclera is also kind gray not white at all. (noticeably gray). I don't have anemia at all
