What eye drops to use for gray and veiny sclera

Bloodshot noticeable ass veins coming from the medial canthus towards the pupil. I don't really have that much of a dry eyes and I sleep 10 hours every night high quality sleep so it's most likely genetics. What kind of eye drops should I get for this? My sclera is also kind gray not white at all. (noticeably gray). I don't have anemia at all

I workout and swim, sleeping it couldn't be because as I mentioned before I sleep like 10 hours and high quality (don't wake up tired at all), maybe it's the hydration and the low oxygen
