What eye surgery can make asian eyes more almond shaped?

Is there an eye surgery/surgeries that can change the shape of an asian eye into more of an almond shaped eye?

Same question. But here are some of my guesses. You would probably need canthalplasty to increase PFL as well as brow implants and infra orbital implants to make ur eyes more deepset. Imo curling ur eyelashes and some contouring at the sides can make your eyes appear less “squinted”. Double eyelid surgery would also help with epicanthal folds.
