no i dont think he got surgery. his doctor would have fucked up cause his jaw is assymetrical af. symmetry is bad but his jaw has good genetics

i lowkey like his lower third, most people trash on it, but its better for appeal imo, especially for pretty boys, is there any surgeries or ways to get a more narrow jaw?

His chin is pointy and lacks square shape. For jaw narrowing you could try atrophy your masseter muscles with Botox.
Or you could make some work on chin too to match desiring result. Although I have no experience with plastic surgeries or any hardmaxxing procedures you could contact someone more knowledgeable like @RealSurgerymax to help you with this
