Bruh, lots of changes will happen, for life style habits its just basic shit drink a lot of water helps with your skin, eat whole foods and get 8 hours+ sleep to help with development

Rating on isnt even more or less objective that a myth indvented by tiktokcel , the rating depend obv on the knowledge of the ppl u get rated by , also the system I use is literally from a universal formula ( creating attractivness formula ) even if the rating is deffirent the tier are still the same for ex 6-7 range htn 7-8 range CL 8+ chad etc etc , and to finish the main point of why we are arguing is abt sub 5 being lower than ltn while sub 5 isnt even a category
