Facial averageness IS harmony

It is the average values taken across many measurements of attractive individuals and averaged out to find out the ideal ranges for each measurement

Ideals are derived in harmony are from average proportions, that's harmony. Ideals derived from Averageness are the ideal Proportions of a population.
So, the Ideal Esr globally is 44.0-46.0, but in some populations, the average is 46.0-48.0, it must fit the ideal Proportions of that population to make the face look Average, and when fitting that population's proportion with harmony, it is averaged to the highest global ideal to the population's average which in this example is 46.50-47.50

That doesn’t mean population of the world lol. Population can be many things within statistics. And in this case the population aims to be attractive people. What makes someone attractive.
