Hey its Welli and im 17 years old,

What facial bones still grow at age 17 and how to maximise growth of the facial bones? Ive seen tons of guys like bojack and carsenbrah for example who grew theyre bones significantly especially carsenbrah while claiming it was "just" puperty. So is there something to do or is it just genetics?

at 17 you are pretty close to having your growth plates fused but you can maximise the remaining growth with proper sleep, nutrition and staying around 15% bf

all but very liittle, almost unnoticeably. Even if you do some type of bonegrowth promoting drugs changes may not be dramatic. obviously depends if you started puberty at like 15 sure you have more runway but ykwim

Bone growth is mostly dependent on hormones and if growth plates are open. Saying good sleep for maximum bone growth is the most cope statement ever. He should hop on AAS that dont aromatize with a low test base, or atleast HGH, if he is to pussy for even that maybe some cope growth hormone peptide.

Well you say good sleep like its going to make a noticble diffrence. Why take a moral high ground on AAS? When we now know with the help of science that there is a safe way to take them. I also believe that if you took your time to make a org account and then a post. You should want to know more then "Good sleep". And have the will to do something that actually helps.

your argument works if the person you are recommending steroids knows what they are doing
if you spent some time on the site you would see 90% of kids have 0 clue and barely take an effort to educate themselves on how to use them properly and mitigate side effects. I'm not taking a moral high ground on steroids, I am planning to use them very soon but you can't gurantee that promoting them as the first and only solution won't fuck up atleast 1 person in the long run
