what facial features can help reduce the effects of a long midface on facial harmony, like some people have long midfaces (Mdface ratio under 0.95) like paul walker,Ian Somerhalder and zayn malik yet their long midface doesnt affect their harmony much. why? is midface ratio just cope?

mainly a good FWHR and a tall and wide lower third. also stubble if the midface ratio is low because of a long philtrum

yeah at least 1.8
also some people are genetically predisposed to a longer midface (not extremely long, just long-ish). a lot of people in native indian tribes have longish midfaces but still developed more or less ideally so they look good. but the average modern human with a long midface has this problem because they didn't develop properly so not only is the midface long, but everything else is recessed, thus ruining the harmony more

the good point never thought of it that way. a vertically long maxilla doesn't always mean that it is downward grown. like it can still be long and protruding forward.

Tall forehead is never good. If you're stuck with a long midface then you want forehead>midface>lower third to be in ascending order of vertical length.

face thirds shoud be equal bottom line

Tall chin

So rare tho, legit most great looking guys probably more like 32% lower third 38% middle third 30% upper third

Wait nevermind. I thought lower third started at upper lips not bottom of nose. My lower third a good amount taller than middle third😎
