What factors affect aging?

I don't really know much about other factors that negatively affect aging other than a poor diet and sleep deprivation.
 
I've been sleeping 4-5 hours a day for the last 6 years especially every weekday, and it's had no effect on me. Sometimes I stay awake 24+ hours.

But for me it's the opposite
Surprised how you haven't been affected by it
I am basically speedrunning aging everyday because of lack of sleep :feelswhy:
