I don't really know much about other factors that negatively affect aging other than a poor diet and sleep deprivation.

But for me it's the oppositeI've been sleeping 4-5 hours a day for the last 6 years especially every weekday, and it's had no effect on me. Sometimes I stay awake 24+ hours.
