What filler and botox would be good to get appearance of longer midface

Would chin filler (since i got a recessed chin) , and masseter botox, make my face giga lean. im 15.4% bf currently, im thinking abt hopping on reta too and maybe adding something else too, to get eat in a calorie surplus of 100-200 but eating super healthy on it cuz i get insane carb and sugar urges so im using reta to combat that.

yea thats the goal, get filler for a year or two, and some form of botox, or whatever i need, then hopefully by then have enough saved up for a bimax or a permenant solution

chin filler is very good for a recessed chin, obviously.

i don't know about masseter botox though.

ive seen young people get droopy skin along the jawline from it. seems good if your face is too wide though
