My dentist did this with Invisalign. It’s preferred so the teeth don’t grind each other. I think I might just get some chin implant and jaw angle implant to increase height and width. Maybe combine with osteotomies

Also buccal fat removal, it’s unreal how round my face looks because of its fat distribution
