What can I improve on my upper body 15m (late bloomer😕)
For context I haven’t been going to the gym for the past few months because of financial situation so I currently only do football/soccer, Summer is coming and i need to improve and tips are appreciated, be honest even if it’s brutal.

Don't focus on your already good physique when you have a chopped ahh face ffs:ROFLMAO:

Dumbbell incline was really important for my chest balance. You get max stretch on db incline, and you can sort of reposition and angle the weights to best hit your personal sweet spot (my chest grows best when I almost let the dumbells go low a little, and I angle my arms so my elbows basically tucked at my sides). Try switching up your positions to see what hits your upper pecs best, and also try switching up the bench angle. For me a low incline (between 15-30%) got me blowing up my upper chest best.

I always used to do incline bench on smith machine, when I’m able to go to the gym again I’ll try dumbbell

dude really put M as if there's F here lol

anyways u should just be height maxxing and face maxxing now, just maintain ur physique as it is and focus on other shit
