What flaws are fixable via softmax and what do I need surgery for?

get lean to around 11-13% body fat, dye eyebrows, grow hair, maybe some other stuff im missing idk, but thats like the things that will provide the most difference

Ptosis repair surgery for upper eyelids- could also use fat grafting to make the upper eyelids seem more hooded on top of the ptosis repair. Eyebrow transplant to reduce the distance between the eyebrows. Lip lift to reduce philtrum length. Cheekbones are low-set, and mid face is kind of weak, but lean max first to see your underlying bone structure, then decide what to do. Lower part of your skull is on the smaller side compared to your upper part- also likely larger forehead. I would stop getting skin fades and grow the hair out. You could also do a rhino if you want to balance out mouth-to-nose ratio and want thinner nose skin, but tbh not the biggest thing aesthetics wise. Bigonial width also seems on the smaller side. These are all the fixable things. I would honestly say the upper eyelids need to be fixed first.

Eye tracking studies show that women spend the most time looking at a man's face, and in his face, they spend the most time looking at the eyes. This is why the eye area carries the most weight. It's also genetically the hardest part to get right because you need the browbone, zygomatic arch, maxilla, nasal vault, fat distribution, soft tissues such as the eyelids, depth of the globe etc. to all be right simultaneously (which is hard). But that's prob why it's so heavily valued.
