depends on what my intake is at. If you’re not keeping track of your protein intake you will fail.

You need to track your protein intake I order to optimize muscle building, if that’s your goal.
Are you competing at a professional level? That's the only reason I'd track my food so closely. Go workout and then focus on other more important things in your life

Counting protein intake isn’t hard , it’s in the back of the fucking food your eating, it’s helpful to keep an eye on it if you are not a big eater just to make sure you’re getting a good intake.

If you’re going to the gym regularly you should optimize your diet so you can benefit from your work in the gym.

Many work out for years and see little results because their protein intake is lacking.

Count your protein intake. Cans of tuna and chicken are a good place to start if you’re on a budget or don’t have a food scale to weigh out your meat yet.

No it’s not jfl good luck staying shredded or bulking carefully without tracking your food. Takes like 5 extra minutes a day if that and is far and away the biggest looksmax there is aside from surgery
