I have been eating and taking ginger, tumeric, panax ginseng from mountain dew voltage, pineapples.
I notice a very significant difference when I eat this stuff in my eyes and they look alert, possibly fixing my allergies and reducing inflammation. Any other foods that will provide more blood flow to the eyes or make them pop more?
