i think if you grow up fat you will have more bonemass when you grow up. or maybe its just an illusion since every fat person who loses weight usally looks good after

Prioritize meat, dairy, basically animal products in general.
Vegetables have little nutritional value, mainly leafy greens and green vegetables in general.
Fruits are fine

what if i eat little? I eat around 1k-1.5k calories a day at 14.4 .. Although it's normally healthy, aside from school days where I consume the least because of the shitty food they serve there, I normally eat a small sized pizza for lunch.

i know its because I only eat breakfast (3 sunny side eggs) and interchanged throughout the week meat portions of 300g with rice just to up to calorie consumption. only time I exceed 300g of meat is when I eat chicken because it normally comes in portions more than 300g (whole chicken) along with one whole broccoli since right now its very cheap here, literally 1.4 us converted.

That’s great. It’s okay to eat breads too (whole wheat) just spam calories as long as it’s not fast food. And you’ll be good. Make sure ur sleeping 8-9 hours anything less isn’t enough

Rice? (Ig so because you said bread) Tbh if i can spam rice id be able to at the very least 2k. Also people keep spamming and looking down on empty carb foods in this forum. Do you still have to balance it out (x meat per x amount of rice)

Oh yeah. Can i spam noodles for lunch? Like lasagna with mozarella tomato sauce and cheddar with premade noodles. Does that count as whole wheat? White bread aswell

You gotta eat brown rice and whole wheat bread to get good carbs
