i know its because I only eat breakfast (3 sunny side eggs) and interchanged throughout the week meat portions of 300g with rice just to up to calorie consumption. only time I exceed 300g of meat is when I eat chicken because it normally comes in portions more than 300g (whole chicken) along with one whole broccoli since right now its very cheap here, literally 1.4 us converted.you need more honestly
