I know pufas are bad, but there is so much conflicting information on other foods. I have dealt with consistent acne, ibs and anxiety for the past 10 years and I’m convinced it’s due to internal/gut microbe reasons.
I avoid all dairy and sugar for the most part. Some say meat is bad for us, others say it’s the best thing to eat. Some say grains are bad, and others say they aren’t. I need help knowing what to eat and what not to eat. I need a high calorie diet to gain weight that helps to maintain clear skin and good digestion.
