Personally, I think scarless surgery would revolutionize the whole field, making it possible to cut/add piece of skin off/on your face without any scar left. This would be lifefuel for long midfacecels/philtrumcels who wouldn't risk being botched from a lip lift

also what about some product or technology that can actually shrink pores?
lasers, chemical peels, etc only really target the dermis instead of the epidermis
we need some shit that fills the pores and make em smaller
