  • Distal ulna (lower end of other forearm bone)
probably open :

  • Proximal humerus (upper end of arm bone)
  • Distal radius (outer end of forearm bone)
  • Iliac crest (part of the hip bone)
  • Vertebral apophysis (growth plates in the spine)
