How do you even chew on the center of your jaw/mouth? there are no teeths there , do you mean chewing with the incisors? chewing with the tongue? chewing on both sides simultaniusly?

Hard gum for an hour and always have a rest day after a day of chewing. Facial muscles need rest too

Falim is good. Though it became easy before even finishing a quarter of the box. No matter just start using more pieces at a time. Though the box runs out faster. Using it right now.

Chios Mastiha sap was pretty nasty and would crumble and I would end up hurting my teeth. Though that was years ago.
