When I was 18 about to turn 19 I shaved my entire head because of the redpill then I stopped using shampoo conditioner and would occasionally use a bar a soap, and added egg yolks more frequently now my hair still isn't fully grown out but it is most certainly thicker and a completely different texture.

I used to rock buzz cut so idk if that would work
