what haircut should i get for my hair IM GETTING IT TMR HELP PLS

i haven’t found any good haircuts online that have the same hair type as me. i need the hair to cover my ears(i have big ears) and cover my forehead since i have big forehead and it will make my facial thirds look unbalanced. the pic of the random guy is what i was thinking but idk
