What haircut should I get?

So I haven’t had a haircut in about 10 months, and tomorrow I’m going to finally get one. My hair has grown too long and too messy.

I have 3a curly black hair. I have an oval shaped boneless chubby face with subhuman eye area and slightly thin neck


Idk if I should just ask for an inch cut all around, mainly cutting down the hair bulk but keeping the length, something like this

Or cut down the sides and back short, and keep the top medium length, like what most zoomers have
