Just get a trim it looks fine

your current style is fine just trim it down to a shorter length so you're not hiding your eyebrows

naw tapers are garbage, used to have. They growout within a week unless you're bothered going to the barber once a week.
I'd say try a dropfade, or a med-skin taper.
