What haircut should I get

6’0, 160 if it matters
Haven’t touched my hair for half a year after a buzz cut
I want to somewhat keep the length but just make it look more neater and clean
I can’t get any tapers/fades, only things that look “natural”, can’t touch the beard either
Please give me suggestions I can actually tell the nigga at the salon
