What haircut should I get

Any suggestions on what haircut I should get I have pretty long ish hair now not a clue what I should do with it so any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

I'd go to a salon, ask to get it evenly shortened and layered then i'd let it grow for about 3-5 months.
