Get more volume on the back but clean it up so it doesn't look so messy. Also don't let the hair cover your eyebrows

May have to perm the back if it's not naturally curly and lies flat

For now I would say so. You look very young and your angularity is pretty good, so if you're fortunate to get striking bone development make sure your hair isn't obstructing it.
