I also drink one white monster a day in the morning after breakfast. it might not be much compared to you, but I dont think its going to do us any real harm with any of the "shit" I have seen people on TikTok making their own monsters by adding all the necessary ingredients, and in the case of white monster, the worst part is the caffeine.
