works and i’ve found
azelaic acid 2 also work ( idk how dont ask me )
Also most anti inflammatory shit, i may be speaking out of my ass but ipren gel works.

Ur going to rape ur skin barrier like me but my nose slimmed down ny like 30%, for softmaxxes its great.
