Yea in the process of losing weight, I don’t know what to do about my underwear eyes. Been thinking about so orthodontic work to widen maxilla and mandible, and straighten my teeth. Then some sort of hard max to bring everything forwards and upwards

An MSE can widen your maxilla, and an msdo can widen your mandible. Then do a lefort or bimax to bring everything forward

Someone on here told me and msdo is used to keep your face from becoming balloon looking. Only need it if you mandible is smaller
