Mod cut + get a proper shampoo routine. You have pretty straight hair so ask for a lot of texture and use clay to hold it in place

Tbh don’t do it yourself, could easily fuck it. Find someone who knows what they are doing and ask them to shape them for you. If you cant then I’d say just leave them. It’s only one eyebrow that needs work
