End goal: This color hair, gold tan, tattoo freckles that match my tan, brighter eye color (still brown bc all u can do is brighten it not change color), jet black eyebrows and eyelashes, a faded stubble + goatee all dyed jetblack

i mean just play with the dosages and find out

That kind of nordic brown which has random blonde highlights is very hard or impossible to dye yourself.

Try going that shade of brown, then using tiny amounts of lightening spray on the end result.
