Or, I'm thinking it might be a result of too much Derma Rolling with the Dermanator. His skin is growing thicker and shrink wrapping around him, pushing other tissues around. He looks like some kind of scifi Alien.

He recomends DRMA rolling at 1.5mm once a week, elsewhere I've heard recommended that more than once per month at that depth and you might not get adequate recovery time. Especially with all his roids and stuff, probably affecting his recovery time.
