The twin doesn't have specificially DHT deficiency. He has lack of all hormones in his body, such as Testosterone, DHT, Estrogen, etc.
But, the person with the specific DHT deficiency doesn't have any problems with gyno or body-fat, as you can see on the picture.

Your brain control estrogen levels directly, if you have lack of estrogen your brain will increase T, if you have too much estrogen your brain will decrease T.

So estrogen levels are usually stable.

second pic is too blurred,it's mainly hair loss as we know. You are still young at 27 yo, collagen levels slightly decline just after 25. Unless you tanned like crazy you shouldn't be having bad skin .
