I seems that the trend vanished a couple of years ago. So was this all just a meme and a trend?


Personally I think nofap is good, but I'm not gonna do it because the purpose of nofap is to make you happy and give meaning to your life, and since no girl will ever like me and I'm destined to be alone forever, what's the point? Nofap makes me miserable and takes away the only cope that I have.
