epply wrote a blog post about his procedure noting that he had great results because of how lean his face already was presurgery
definitely a lot of bad results from implants come from guys who arent lean so they get implants put into a bloated face and it looks uncanny because no one has naturally cut jawline and cheekbones at mid tier body fat percentage

Around 20 and yep looks exactly the same as 2 months after the surgery.

Probably the best results I’ve seen from zygo implants.
Had a great base and was still proactive enough to become even better with actual non cope looksmaxxing.
