What happened to the forum over the last two weeks?

I haven't really been on here for a couple of weeks due to some circumstances, but I logged in yesterday and saw a picture that shocked me. Why are people giving overrates in rating threads now? God, every other person is getting called HMTN/HTN. And it seems like the online activity has dropped in general
