What happened to the guy who got a lefort 3?

I’ve seen a thread named „you will never get lf3“ and there was another guy on looksmax gg and the people said the guy in the photo here had lf2 performed and I’m not too sure now what he got.

Btw even if he got lf2 the results are pretty bad tbh something still looks off even tho this isn’t his full side
