Did you get the bimax in combination with orthodontics?
Were you severely recessed before getting the bimax and how is the after?
Did you have any input in any of the surgeries or did you just go with the plan of the surgeons?
Will you take dut/fin after the hair transplant has healed?
Any other surgery you plan on doing or do you think you have 'ascended' already?
