If I was short or avg height I would'nt get LL

He probably has deformed looking legs, because he went cheap on the surgery, never cheap out on this surgery, it's your fucking legs, you walk with them everyday

I saw the interview derek did with him, he also overlenghtened and did it in TURKEY but at least he got precise.

honestly the best way for this surgery is betz nail(12cm max)/ g-nail(10cm max), low body weight, flexible, young, no smoker, that can respect a treatment plan

thats the way im doing it, i quit smoking a year in advance and been doing flexibility non-stop

almost 1 cm instant lenghtening cuz of nail + 1 cm/10 days = 3 months of lenghtening and then im estimating my recovery to complete normal walk maybe 1.5 month/2

i also saved for a year and started in advanced

my advice:

get to around 70 kilos, as low body fat as u can because ur gonna have to eat a lot to recover and u will put fat
upper body strenght as for the first 3-4 weeks u will use a walker
quit SMOKING and alcohol
flexibility exercises daily, u can start now for low risk of complications
stop legday/ kickboxing/ any sports involving the legs
prepare for the pain

take recovery seriously, don't rush it, if you recover poorly you'll want to rope so much more than now

i'm planning to, but for a realistic recovery for walking, 2months is fine for weight bearing, as you will not be bedridden as with precise
