What happens if im nw 2-3 etc and get hair transplant and the other natural hair fall off?

Most of the time, you also put more hair between the existing hairs so that they look thicker overall. But yes, the hair that is not transplanted will probably fall out at some point if you have rly bad hair genetics. That's why a hair transplant alone is usually not enough for giga baldcels.
