What happens if I do shoulder raises everyday?

I have a 30lb weight at home, and want to develop monster shoulders. Can I do 5x12 sets everyday?
 
Exercising them daily would leave you with too frequent micro tearing and too little time for protein synthesis, the latter is high for 48-72 hours after the session as a natty as far as I know. But delts are small muscles, so I would rather work on them every second day if I were you.

But don’t expect to have cannonball shoulders with 30 lbs .

lmfao i do perma light weight i started with 2.5kg 30 reps each set 10 sec rest just go up in weight if you can go over 40 reps
(shoulders are my biggest bodypart)

30 lbs is a fckin lot for shoulders. You would need to be a very trained guy to effectively train with that weight. Most dudes train with like 20lbs and just throw the weight around with the whole body instead of focusing on using the right muscle

rest is 50% of the gains so do it like twice a weak and no way you could lift 30 lbs with proper form
